For the moment you have in mind.

Start with your preferred design and the date that matters to you. Review the making and delivery estimate alongside your complete quote.

Discuss your occasion

Before you decide.

A few practical details to discuss alongside your preferred design.

What will be included in my quote?

Ask for the chosen design, materials, dimensions and fit to be recorded together with the full price. Confirm any supplied report, taxes, making and delivery costs, and applicable care terms before ordering.

Will my stone include an independent report?

Report availability depends on the selected stone. Confirm whether a report is supplied, which laboratory issued it and when you can review its number and recorded characteristics. A general report guide does not confirm a report for every piece.

How do I choose the right fit?

Review the dimensions, length and fastening where applicable. For rings, confirm the sizing system and measurements before ordering. Ask about any adjustment limits and costs for your selected design.

Can I choose a date for a special occasion?

Share your preferred date and delivery destination before ordering. Review production and shipping estimates separately, and confirm the agreed schedule with your final quote.

Care for the years ahead.

Confirm the care instructions and the resizing, warranty and return terms that apply to your chosen piece before ordering.
